What is your shipping policy?

All orders will be shipped through USPS. Please make sure to input the correct address and I will not be responsible for any errors. Printed items that are outsourced will be shipped by the manufacturer.

How to care for my silver jewelry?

Every hola mele jewelry item is made by hand with lots of care. Therefore, some pieces are delicate and need to be handled with care. Avoid showering, sleeping, sweating, and putting on perfumes and lotions with your jewelry on. This will preserve the finish. Storing your jewelry with other items might scratch the surface. Store in a dry place avoiding humidity and chemicals like chlorine.

Repairs & Exchanges

hola mele will provide repairs to pieces due to faulty fabrication free of charge within the first 3 days of claiming. Reasons for repairs are broken solder, loose stone, broken closure, or bent/broken in transportation. We will need photographic evidence of the damages to proceed with repairs. Any minimal damage to the piece by the client, repairs will be charged starting at $10. Any extreme damage, such as breaking stones, or completely deforming the piece will be charged starting at $30.

If a piece of jewelry does not fit, you may file a claim for an exchange stating the size ring/necklace length needed. The exchange will occur when we receive the jewelry bought. You need to ship the jewelry in its original box or store it in a Ziploc bag and ship it in a small bubble mailer.
